We’re excited to announce that we’ve merged with the Bay Area Radio Museum! We’ve always appreciated the work of the Bay Area Radio Museum (also known as BARM) and when we heard it was in trouble we got in touch with BARM founder David Jackson to see what we could do to help. After much discussion, we decided it would be in the interest of both organizations to simply join forces!

CHRS and BARM will remain autonomous, but now our members and volunteers will have the opportunity to support both organizations and keep radio history alive. To learn more about BARM, visit its website at bayarearadio.org.

Thanks to Ben Fong-Torres at the Chronicle for his excellent article on the merger!
