Built in the 1930s, KRE is on the wetlands of the San Francisco Bay in Berkeley
The studios and offices (KBLX-FM) were moved to San Francisco in the 1980s
With your help, CHRS plans to restore the studios and offices to their 1930s - 1950s look
The KFRC AM 610 and KRE AM (KVTO) transmitters will continue to operate there
