The first meet of 2003 is always a big event in the Bay Area. The February meet in Oakland was supposed to have been rained out, but while threatening, it did stay dry. The usual CHRS folk were in attendance, radios were bought, sold and traded, friendships were renewed. Speaking of renew, this is the time to send us your $20 for the year, a pittance considering all the thrills you get.
